Bella Ramsey Opens Up About ‘The Last of Us’ Phenomenon on UK Television’s The Jonathan Ross Show

The Jonathan Ross Show recently welcomed the immensely talented Bella Ramsey, known for their roles in both The Last of Us and Game of Thrones. During the captivating interview, Bella discussed their experiences on set, her friendship with co-star Pedro Pascal, and the future of the hit HBO series The Last of Us.

Bella opened up about the genuine connection with Pascal, saying, “It’s very real. Imagine if it was all fake? I love him. I miss him. He’s in Los Angeles living his best life. Mandalorian has just come out so he’s really busy. We were both on Game of Thrones but in different seasons.” This camaraderie between the stars has surely contributed to the show’s success.

When asked about the timeline for a new season of The Last of Us, Bella revealed that fans would have to be patient. They said, “It will be a while. I think we’ll probably shoot at the end of this year, beginning of next. So it’ll probably be the end of 2024, early 2025.” This gives viewers something to eagerly anticipate in the coming years.

Bella also reflected on her early career, discussing her first role in Game of Thrones. they admitted that they had never watched the series before joining the cast, as her family didn’t watch much TV. Instead, they were obsessed with shows like Horrid Henry and Come Dine With Me.

As for being recognized in public, Bella shared that it has become more consistent. While they have yet to encounter any negative experiences, they do find it overwhelming at times. Bella recalled awkward encounters such as spilling soup on themselves or being recognized while waiting in line for the restroom at St Pancras station.
