“Days of Our Lives” is switching to streaming after a long run on broadcast television. The soap opera has been on NBC longer than any other show, but it will soon move to the Peacock streaming service.

The network said that “Days of Our Lives” will move to the streaming service this fall, and a new show will take over the time slot that “Days of Our Lives” used to have. “NBC News Daily,” with hosts Kate Snow, Aaron Gilchrist, Vicky Nguyen, and Morgan Radford, will take its place.

Even though “Days of Our Lives” is no longer on network TV, the show is still going strong. Beginning September 12, Peacock Premium subscribers will still be able to watch new episodes daily on the platform. Also, subscribers will be able to watch more than 14,000 old episodes of the show.
