The beloved Looney Tunes are back! The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie brings Porky Pig and Daffy Duck to the big screen in an animated adventure that’s sure to delight fans old and new. In this hilarious new tale, Porky and Daffy find themselves at the center of an alien plot to control minds. As unlikely heroes, the duo must step up to save the world while delivering the classic comedy that Looney Tunes fans cherish. Directed by Pete Browngardt (Looney Tunes Cartoons), the film features Eric Bauza voicing both Daffy Duck and Porky Pig, with Candi Milo as Petunia Pig.
This marks the first fully animated Looney Tunes feature film created for theatrical release. After being shelved by Warner Bros., it was acquired by Ketchup Entertainment and premiered to great acclaim at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in June 2024. Audiences can look forward to its U.S. theatrical release on February 28, 2025.
