“Kung Fu Panda 4” Tops Weekend Box Office with $58.3 Million Debut

The weekend box office saw a range of films attracting audiences. “Kung Fu Panda 4,” the fourth installment in the animated franchise, debuted in the top spot, grossing $58.3 million. The film’s opening weekend performance indicates the continued popularity of the series.

“Dune: Part Two” maintained its second-place position in its second week, adding $46 million to its total gross of $157 million. The film, based on Frank Herbert’s novel, has now been in theaters for two weeks.

Two new releases, “Imaginary” and “Cabrini,” debuted in third and fourth place, earning $10 million and $7.6 million, respectively.

The Bob Marley biopic “One Love” placed fifth in its fourth week, grossing an additional $4.1 million. The film’s total gross now stands at $89.3 million.
