Regarding her forthcoming album, O’Connor shared: “I think it’s a bit more, it’s not as sort of angst…It’s much more calm I suppose, it’s far more composed if you like and relaxed than the last one was.” She conveyed a musical maturation from her debut, with less anger and more wisdom.

When asked about being nominated for a Grammy, O’Connor admitted: “I was very surprised actually. I didn’t really it wasn’t something that I had thought about or that was even a possibility.” She expressed genuine shock and delight at earning the early career milestone.

On Using Music to Support Cancer Patients

O’Connor also articulated her selfless hopes “to organize some mega concert for the Bristol Cancer Help Centre.” She shared an authentic desire to fund holistic cancer treatments for those in need.
