Exciting news for fans of Disney+’s original series, “The Santa Clauses,” as Tim Allen recently shared on social media that filming for the much-anticipated second season has come to an end. Keep an eye out for the new season’s debut this Fall!

In the upcoming Season 2, the adventure continues for the Calvin family at the North Pole. Scott Calvin remains in his role as Santa Claus, having been unable to identify a suitable replacement during the first season. With Christmas now secure, Scott is determined to prepare his son, Calvin, to inherit the “family business” and become the next Santa Claus. Joining the cast, Eric Stonestreet will portray Magnus Antas (known as the Mad Santa), a former North Pole ruler from the 14th century who seeks to overthrow Scott Calvin and reclaim his throne.

Check out this exciting sneak peek of Season 2, shared by Tim Allen:

Disney Legend Tim Allen not only stars as Santa/Scott Calvin but also serves as an executive producer. The second season will feature returning cast regulars, including Elizabeth Mitchell as Mrs. Claus/Carol, Elizabeth Allen-Dick as Sandra Calvin Claus, Austin Kane as Cal Calvin Claus, and Devin Bright as Santa’s elf bestie Noel.

Matilda Lawler will be reprising her role as fan-favorite character Betty, Santa’s chief of staff, in a recurring guest role. The season will also showcase additional guest stars such as Marta Kessler as Olga, a no-nonsense gnome lacking “feelings” and “empathy,” who serves as sidekick to Magnus Antas, aka The Mad Santa. Liam Kyle, Isabella Bennett, Sasha Knight, Ruby Jay, Mia Lynn Bangunan, and Laura San Giacomo will be making their return as guest stars.

Executive producers alongside Tim Allen include Jack Burditt, Kevin Hench, Richard Baker, and Rick Messina. Jason Winer and Jon Radler will also be producing for Small Dog Picture Company.

The first season of “The Santa Clauses” and the three related films are currently available for streaming on Disney+.
