NBC has released the trailer and key art for the second season of its multi-cam comedy, Happy’s Place. The details confirm the show is leaning heavily into two major storylines: a dramatic new secret involving the core cast and a strategic use of nostalgic comedy reunions.
Season 2 premieres Friday, November 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC, with streaming available the next day on Peacock.

The comedy, starring Reba McEntire as Bobbie and Belissa Escobedo as her half-sister Isabella, established its premise on a lie—the secret life of their late father. Season 2 suggests the betrayal isn’t over.

The Taxi Reunion
In a nod to classic television, two stars from the iconic sitcom Taxi will share the screen:
Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future) will guest star as Clive, a man looking for his lost phone.
Carol Kane (The Princess Bride) plays his wife, Theresa, a free-spirited character.

Saturday Night Live alum Cheri Oteri is also confirmed to guest star as Monica, a meticulous and “no-nonsense” health inspector assigned to the tavern.
