Wonder Project Subscription Launches October 5 on Prime Video Featuring Originals and Family-Friendly Movie Edits

Wonder Project will debut its subscription service on Prime Video in the U.S. on October 5, offering a lineup of new originals, a large library of licensed titles, and a feature allowing viewers to choose between original and TV-edited versions of select films.

The company, founded by Kelly Merryman Hoogstraten and Jon Erwin, is positioning the service as a home for faith and values-driven storytelling. At launch, more than 125 licensed titles and over 1,000 hours of programming will be available, spanning films and television series such as The Sound of Music, The Sandlot, Sherlock, and The Conners.

New original programming will roll out in the coming months. Redemption, a limited docu-series premiering in October, focuses on The Ohio State football team’s 2024 championship season, framed through themes of perseverance and faith. November will see the arrival of for KING + COUNTRY: No Turning Back, a documentary chronicling the career of Joel and Luke Smallbone, as well as A Winter’s Song, a feature film set in Armenia about a musician reigniting her passion.

The December slate will expand further with a holiday special hosted by Little Big Town’s Kimberly Schlapman, the documentary Fighting Spirit: A Combat Chaplain’s Journey, and the docu-series Adventure in Wonder, which follows a family reconnecting during a sailing trip along Croatia’s coast.

The subscription launch will also coincide with the return of Wonder Project’s first series with Amazon MGM Studios, House of David. Season two of the biblical drama will debut with a two-episode premiere on October 5, following a first season that the company reports has been viewed by more than 44 million people worldwide.

Looking ahead, Wonder Project has several projects already announced, including Sarah’s Oil, set for theatrical release in November via Amazon MGM Studios, The Breadwinner starring Nate Bargatze and Mandy Moore, and Young Washington, a feature film centered on George Washington’s early life slated for release in July 2026.

The Wonder Project subscription will cost $8.99 per month or $89.99 annually through Prime Video.
