Jenna Ortega’s Wednesday Faces New Threats as Principal Weems Returns in Season 2 Part 2 Trailer
Netflix has dropped the trailer for the final four episodes of Wednesday Season 2, teasing high-stakes drama, shocking returns, and a mysterious new voice fans are already buzzing about.
One of the biggest reveals is the comeback of Gwendoline Christie as Principal Weems — despite the character’s apparent death in the Season 1 finale. The trailer opens with Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) regaining consciousness after being thrown out of a window by Tyler (Hunter Doohan) during the events at Willow Hill Psychiatric Hospital. She’s greeted by Weems, now dressed as a nurse, in a surreal exchange that quickly shifts to a dreamlike setting featuring an ominous door and a massive gorgon head statue.
“This isn’t hell, Miss Adams, but I understand the confusion,” Weems says, before revealing, “I am your new spirit guide. Surprise!” From there, the tension builds as Wednesday warns Enid (Emma Myers) about the danger they’re in, finally admitting that Tyler plans to kill them both. Enid fires back with, “Fix it? You’re the reason he escaped,” while Weems, visible only to Wednesday, points out that Enid might be right.
The fast-paced montage that follows shows Nevermore and Jericho in peril, with Weems cautioning in voiceover: “If you don’t hurry, you’ll have nothing left to save.” Then, in a final twist, what sounds like Lady Gaga’s voice delivers the chilling line, “Beware, there will be a price to pay.” While the pop icon’s guest role in the season has been confirmed, her character’s identity remains under wraps.
With the stakes higher than ever, these last episodes promise a gripping conclusion to Season 2 — complete with supernatural twists, emotional confrontations, and a hint of star-powered mystery.
