The clapperboard clearly shows “Director: Mike Flanagan” and “Roll 1,” indicating that principal photography commenced today, June 16, 2025.

The series is an adaptation of Stephen King’s debut novel, “Carrie.” Mike Flanagan serves as showrunner, writer, and executive producer.
