NOTE: This article is 2 years old and may not include the most recent information.

Disney+ has just released the full trailer for the upcoming second season of Doogie Kamealoha, MD. The show, which stars Peyton Elizabeth Lee as the titular character, follows Lahela, a 16-year-old prodigy who juggles her teenage life with being a doctor in Hawaii. In the new season, Lahela’s love life takes center stage as she is caught in a love triangle.

The second season brings back fan favorites, including Alex Aiono as Lahela’s TV boyfriend, Walter, and introduces a new love interest in the form of Milo Manheim, who plays the role of Nico, a bad boy on a dirt bike.

When Walter returns from the World Surf Tour, Lahela finds that he is not the same boyfriend she had said goodbye to months before. At the same time, Lahela meets Nico, and the two hit it off. As Lahela navigates her feelings for Walter and Nico, she also has to deal with the pressures of being a teenage doctor.

The show promises to be a rollercoaster of emotions as Lahela faces a tough decision: fight for what she knows is true or give new love a chance. As she struggles to figure out her love life, she can count on the support of her family, coworkers, and best friend Steph (Emma Meisel) to be there for her.

The second season of Doogie Kamealoha, MD brings back many familiar faces, including Kathleen Rose Perkins as Dr. Clara Hannon, Jason Scott Lee as Benny Kamealoha, Matt Sato as Kai Kamealoha, Wes Tian as Brian Patrick Kamealoha, Mapuana Makia as Noelani, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman as Charles, and Ronny Chieng as Dr. Lee.

The new season of Doogie Kamealoha, MD promises to be an exciting and emotional ride, and fans won’t have to wait long to watch it. All episodes of the show will premiere on Disney+ on Friday, March 31st.
