Pre-orders are open now at the NBCUniversal Shop, with both sets expected to ship in early October and land on doorsteps well before Halloween night.
The Nikki Costume Set recreates her final look from the film: a dark purple floral dress with an off-the-shoulder sweetheart neckline, ruched bust, and lace paneling. It comes with a sheet of temporary tattoos and a foam brick prop printed with “i love you so so so so so much,” a nod to one of the film’s most talked-about moments.
The Bear Costume Set pairs his Southwestern geometric stripe sweater with plaid pajama pants, plus an oversized wooden block stamped with “Kiss the person on your left” from the film’s tense game night scene.
Both sets include a limited-edition One Wish Willow prop in retro-style packaging, replicating the novelty item at the center of the film’s plot. Sizes run from small through XXL, and all sales are final, with no returns or cancellations. Bear is already sold out in small, medium, and large, leaving only XL and XXL, while every Nikki size is still available as of this writing.
The costumes arrive as Obsession continues its remarkable run. Curry Barker’s film, made for a reported $750,000, has grossed more than $500 million worldwide to become the highest-grossing release in Focus Features history. Inde Navarrette, who plays Nikki, will host Saturday Night Live on October 31, putting her at the center of Halloween night.
