Arabella Olivia Clark to Star in Rob Savage’s Supernatural Horror Film ‘Other Mommy’
Eight-year-old Arabella Olivia Clark has been cast in the lead role of Other Mommy, an upcoming supernatural horror film from director Rob Savage. The story follows a young girl named Bela whose home life is already fragile when something dark and mysterious emerges from her closet—a presence she calls “Other Mommy.” The eerie figure begins to ask a disturbing question: “Can I go inside your heart?” As Bela resists, the danger only grows.
As first reported by Deadline, Clark joins a cast that includes Jessica Chastain, Jay Duplass, and Dichen Lachman. The film is based on the novel Incidents Around the House by Bird Box author Josh Malerman and is being produced by Universal alongside horror heavyweights Atomic Monster and Blumhouse.
Clark has already taken on roles in several high-profile films, including Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere, where she played Bruce Springsteen’s sister, and the upcoming remake of The Hand That Rocks the Cradle. She also appears in the thriller The Housemaid, alongside Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried.
