Selena Gomez, the multi-talented artist known for her work as an actress, singer, and producer, is now stepping into the culinary world with two exciting projects for the Food Network. The announcement came on Wednesday, revealing that Gomez will be working on a holiday-themed series and another featuring her cooking alongside some of the best chefs in the country.

The first project, set to launch later in 2023, will focus on celebrations and festivities for the holiday season. The second series, scheduled for 2024, will take Gomez on a culinary journey, as she visits the kitchens of renowned chefs to learn and prepare their most popular dishes. Both projects will be produced by July Moon Productions and The Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC) in collaboration with Sony Pictures Television for the Food Network.

The holiday season is a significant time for the Food Network, as it draws in nearly 60 million viewers. Kathleen Finch, Warner Bros. Discovery Chairman and Chief Content Officer for US Networks, expressed excitement for the upcoming season and the impact of having Selena Gomez on the channel.

This won’t be Gomez’s first foray into the world of cooking, as she previously hosted “Selena + Chef” on HBO Max. The show ran for four seasons and featured Gomez honing her culinary skills with guidance from master chefs, learning new recipes, and sharing valuable kitchen tips and tricks.

As Selena Gomez joins the Food Network, fans can eagerly anticipate her upcoming projects that showcase her passion for cooking and her interactions with some of the most skilled chefs in the country.
