The streaming landscape continues to evolve and in less than a week, HBO Max will transition to simply ‘Max’. This development comes in the wake of a merger with Discovery+, although Discovery+ will maintain its separate service.

Upon its launch, Max is set to debut an impressive slate of 14 new titles. This expansion joins an extensive library that already boasts 35,000 hours of programming. The service will cater to a wide array of tastes, with offerings ranging from Max Originals and HBO originals to a full range of Studio Ghibli’s films. It will also feature select titles from the DC universe, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and brands such as HGTV, Food Network, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, TLC, and the Discovery Network.

Day one highlights include the launch of ‘Shazam! Fury of the Gods’ and brand new Max Originals like ‘SmartLess: On the Road’, ‘How To Create a Sex Scandal’, and ‘What Am I Eating? With Zooey Deschanel’. Fans can also look forward to ‘Gremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai’, ‘Clone High’, and the intriguing documentary ‘Bama Rush’.

As the week progresses, viewers can anticipate new content like Sydney Sweeney’s upcoming movie ‘Reality’, a fresh season of ‘Teen Titans Go!’, new episodes of ‘The Other Two’, ‘Home Town Takeover’, ‘Silos Baking Competition’ and much more.

From May 23rd through June, Max promises to keep audiences engaged with a barrage of new releases. Standouts include the Max Originals ‘German Genius’ and ‘Vgly’, Cartoon Network’s ‘Blippi Wonders’ and ‘Teen Titans Go!’, and the HBO Original ‘Sarah Silverman: Someone You Love’.

Max is also set to debut an eclectic mix of films and series in June. Highly anticipated titles include ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’, the HBO Original ‘Burden of Proof’, and the Max Original ‘American Pain’. Viewers can also catch the premiere of the Max Original ‘First Five’, and the new HGTV show ‘Build It Forward’.

Furthermore, Max plans to roll out a selection of Cartoon Network shows, Discovery Network series, and a host of other new titles to keep viewers entertained throughout the month.

To sum it up, Max is all set to bring lots of different shows and movies right to your screens. It’s a big change from HBO Max, but one thing’s for sure: there’s going to be something for everyone. Whether you love action, comedy, documentaries, or animation, Max promises a huge variety of new shows and films to enjoy. As this new chapter begins, get ready for a non-stop stream of entertainment that’s sure to satisfy every taste.
