As fans eagerly await the release of the film adaptation of the beloved musical “Matilda,” actor Alisha Weir treated viewers to a sneak peek of her performance on “The Late Late Show” in Ireland. Weir, who stars as Matilda in the film alongside an all-star cast including Emma Thompson, Stephen Graham, Andrea Riseborough, and Lashana Lynch, belted out the show’s hit song “Naughty” with all the energy and wit of the precocious young heroine.

Based on the beloved children’s novel by Roald Dahl, “Matilda the Musical” follows the story of a young girl with extraordinary intelligence and a wickedly sharp tongue who uses her wit and determination to triumph over her cruel and neglectful parents.
