Greg Laurie (Courtney) is a young man in the 1970s who, until he meets Lonnie Frisbee (Jonathan Roumie), a charismatic hippie-street-preacher, is looking for the right things in all the wrong places. They join Pastor Chuck Smith (Grammer) in reviving his flagging church, and the result is a movement that was termed a “Jesus Revolution” by TIME magazine.
