It was announced Wednesday that former Disney Channel star Jenna Ortega will take on the role of Wednesday Addams for a new series being produced by Netflix with Tim Burton. The new series marks the first time the character of Wednesday Addams will be featured in a lead.
The new series will also mark Tim Burton’s television directing debut.
