Caitlin Clark’s offseason is headed to late night. The Indiana Fever guard will join Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show on Friday, November 6. Viewers can watch at 11:35 p.m. ET, 10:35 p.m. CT on NBC, and the episode streams the next day on Peacock.

The appearance caps a milestone week for Clark. Her first children’s book, EXTRAordinary! A Little EXTRA to Reach BIG Dreams, arrives on Tuesday, November 3, and she will talk about it that morning on Good Morning America, three days before her seat on Fallon’s couch.

The picture book, published by Random House Books for Young Readers and illustrated by Adriana Predoi, is told in rhyming verse for readers ages 4 to 8. Its message comes from a mirror that hung in Clark’s childhood bedroom, bearing the words “The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is the little EXTRA.” In the book, Clark shares how the family, friends and teammates around her made the difference. “I hope this book reminds kids that they’re never alone in chasing their dreams,” she said when the book was announced. Her foundation has also partnered with Scholastic to donate 22,000 books to schools in Indiana and her home state of Iowa.

Clark, 24, is coming off her third WNBA season, which ended for Indiana in the first round of the playoffs against the Las Vegas Aces on October 1. She averaged 22.3 points and 8.3 assists and earned a spot on the All-WNBA First Team. Since then she has promoted her Caitlin 1 signature sneakers and returned to her alma mater for a College GameDay appearance as Iowa hosted Ohio State.

For Clark’s fans, it adds up to a full week: a book launch on Tuesday, a morning show visit, and a late night debut on Friday.
