Your October watchlist just wrote itself. Pluto TV’s Halloween Hits collection is back, pulling together blockbuster horror, iconic franchises, and cult favorites that stream free around the clock all month.
The headline act is a milestone: Scream turns 30, and Pluto TV is marking it with Scream 1, 2, 3, and 5. Six Paranormal Activity films are also landing just in time for the franchise’s Broadway adaptation, along with eight films from the Friday the 13th series.
Stephen King fans get their own corner, with Carrie (2002), Cujo, Pet Sematary (1989), and The Dead Zone streaming throughout October.
Horror’s biggest box office hits round out the lineup: Scream (1996), World War Z, Smile, A Quiet Place Part II, The Ring, and Resident Evil.
Fridays get special treatment. Double Feature Fridays air at 8pm ET, pairing a fan favorite with an indie making its free streaming debut: Smile with Rosario on October 9, Jennifer’s Body with Vampires of the Velvet Lounge on October 16, A Quiet Place Part II with Diabolic on October 23, and Scream (2022) with Sleepwalker on October 30.
Pluto TV has been loading up on free classics this year. As TDN reported, every episode of I Love Lucy started streaming free ahead of the show’s 75th anniversary.
