Season 2 brings the Addams family closer than ever to Nevermore Academy — and not always in ways Wednesday welcomes. Pugsley joins as a student, while Morticia takes a fundraising role on campus. Tensions rise when Wednesday’s psychic abilities, once a source of triumph, begin to backfire. Her visions now trigger fainting spells and ominous black tears, a condition Morticia links to her sister Ophelia’s past trauma. Morticia intervenes by confiscating a spellbook from Goody Addams, urging Wednesday to rest — a decision that comes at the worst possible moment as a new string of murders unfolds.
