Great American Family network stars Danica McKellar and Trevor Donovan have been announced as the hosts for the upcoming 31st Annual MovieGuide Awards on February 9th. The ceremony will take place at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood and honors excellence in family-friendly and values-driven entertainment across film and television.
The awards show will air exclusively on Great American Family on March 7th at 8PM ET. As shared by MovieGuide CEO Robby Baehr, “Danica and Trevor bring tremendous talent and joy to every role, and we know they will bring the same caliber of excellence to hosting the MovieGuide Awards.”

Both McKellar and Donovan expressed excitement about the opportunity to emcee the event that celebrates inspiring and positive on-screen content. Great American Family has seen notable growth in 2023, retaining its ranking as the fastest growing TV network for the year. The network achieved a 161% increase in Total Day Households and 166% rise in Total Viewers for 2023 Year-to-Date. The 2022-2023 Season also reflected Great American Family’s ongoing expansion, with 152% and 150% respective gains in Households and Viewers.
