Ava Ro, who readers may recognize from being part of GForce, a music act on AGT season 14, has been cast as one of the titular duo in Nickelodeon’s new music-driven comedy series, “Erin & Aaron.” Jensen Gering from “Wickenburg” will play the other half of the teenage stepsiblings Erin and Aaron, respectively.

The 13-episode-long season follows the duo as they navigate their new lives after their parents’ marriage and find strength in their shared passion for music. The show features original songs and performances throughout, making it an excellent choice for music-loving families.

“Erin & Aaron” premieres on Thursday, April 20 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT, with new episodes available on Nickelodeon weekly on Thursdays after the premiere. The full season will premiere on Netflix outside the U.S. this fall, so fans worldwide can enjoy the show.

The talented cast also includes Larisa Oleynik (“10 Things I Hate About You”) as Sylvia, David S Jung (“I Think You Should Leave”) as Chuck, and Pyper Braun (“Country Comfort”) as Natasha. Shauna Phelan and Zack Olin, co-heads of Nickelodeon & Awesomeness Live-Action, expressed their excitement about the show, saying “Erin & Aaron is our next great buddy comedy.”

Dicky Murphy, creator of “Danger Force” and “The Thundermans,” serves as the executive producer, alongside showrunners Sean Cunningham and Marc Dworkin, who have worked on hit shows like “Julie and the Phantoms” and “The Thundermans.” Wendy Faraone, director of “That Girl Lay Lay” and “Bunk’d,” directs the first three episodes, while Samantha Martin, co-executive producer of “Snow Day” and “Danger Force,” serves as co-executive producer. Omar Camacho is the Executive in Charge of Production for the series.

“Erin & Aaron” promises to be a must-watch show for music-loving families everywhere, with a talented team and an exciting storyline. Don’t miss Ava Ro and Jensen Gering in the premiere on April 20th on Nickelodeon!
