“Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies” Trailer Released, Bringing the 1950s to Life in New Musical Series

Paramount+ has delivered on its promise of a new musical series with the release of the official trailer for “Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies.” This latest offering takes audiences on a nostalgic trip back to 1954, showcasing the formation of the legendary girl gang at Rydell High.

The trailer gives viewers a first look at the original songs set to feature in the series, as well as introductions to the leading ladies, Marisa Davila, Cheyenne Isabel Wells, Ari Notartomaso, and Tricia Fukuhara, who bring the Pink Ladies to life. The premiere of the trailer was held during Tuesday’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, where the cast was in attendance.

The supporting cast is equally impressive, with Shanel Bailey as Hazel, Madison Thompson as Susan, Johnathan Nieves as Richie, Jason Schmidt as Buddy, Maxwell Whittington-Cooper as Wally, and Jackie Hoffman as Assistant Principal McGee rounding out the ensemble.

“Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies” is poised to be a must-watch for musical fans and those looking to relive the 1950s. With its talented cast, catchy original songs, and exciting storyline, this series is sure to be a hit among audiences of all ages.
