Carlos and Alexa PenaVega will headline Great American Family’s upcoming holiday film, “Love at the Kettle.” Scheduled to debut as part of the network’s Christmas lineup at the end of 2024, the film features a heartwarming storyline filled with festive cheer.
“Love at the Kettle” is written by Horace Priester and directed by Brian Herzlinger. The film is executive produced by Mario Lopez, Mark Roberts, and the PenaVegas.
The plot follows high school friends, Bella and Jack, who reunite during the holidays. Bella, played by Alexa PenaVega, returns home and asks Jack, played by Carlos PenaVega, to help her write a song to win back her ex. Their collaboration takes them on a nostalgic journey, leading them to discover that true love might be closer than they thought.
A significant aspect of the movie is Jack’s involvement with The Salvation Army, which deeply inspires Bella. The film highlights themes of faith, dedication to charitable work, and the importance of relationships.
