The latest American Horror Story teasers are here and they’re creepier than ever! AHS is coming back for its 12th season on September 20th and judging by the previews, we’re in for a serious scare fest.
First up, we’ve got a very pregnant Emma Roberts looking straight-up panicked while on the run. What kind of trouble is she in? And why does it seem like someone or something is after her? So many questions, but I’m totally intrigued!
The casting this season is wild too. Kim Kardashian and Cara Delevingne are coming aboard, though their roles are still top secret. Having celebs like Kim and Cara join the freaky fun can only mean more eyeballs on AHS, which is great news for fans.
Spider webs and creepy critters are all over the latest teaser. Pregnancy seems to be a central theme, but with a seriously sinister vibe. The spiders could represent feeling trapped or caught in a web – makes sense if Emma’s character is trying to escape some evil forces.
For those not in the know, this is the 12th round of Ryan Murphy’s epic horror anthology series on FX. The new season is actually being split into two parts, much like AHS: Double Feature last year. No word yet on how the episodes will be divided up, but I’m guessing we’ll get two eps each week.
Here’s the exciting part — this season is inspired by the classic Rosemary’s Baby and the new book Delicate Condition. It looks like we’ll follow a woman who believes something wicked is trying to stop her from having a baby. Cue the chills!
The cast list is stacked as usual with Zachary Quinto, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Matt Czuchry and more big names joining the party. Each season brings a new ensemble of stellar actors, which keeps AHS fresh and unpredictable.
