Fans of the iconic 90s television series, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, are in for a treat as the original cast members of the show have reunited for an upcoming reunion special. Titled Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always, the special episode will bring back the OG Black and Blue Rangers, the second Pink, Red, Yellow and Black Rangers, as well as some of the original voices of other characters, to celebrate the show’s 30th anniversary.

The special episode will follow the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as they come face to face with a familiar threat from the past and are called on once again to be the heroes the world needs. The episode will be inspired by the legendary mantra from the franchise, “Once a Ranger, Always a Ranger,” reminding fans that once you become a Ranger, you are always a part of the Ranger family and always welcome.

Returning cast members include David Yost as Billy Cranston/Blue Ranger, Walter E Jones as Zack Taylor/Black Ranger, Steve Cardenas as Rocky DeSantos/Red Ranger, Catherine Sutherland as Kat Hillard/Pink Ranger, Karan Ashley as Aisha Campbell/Yellow Ranger, Johnny Yong Bosch as Adam Park/Black Ranger, Barbara Gordon as the voice of Rita Repulsa, and Richard Horvitz as the voice of Alpha. Additionally, the cast will be joined by Charlie Kersh, who will play Minh, the daughter of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers’ Yellow Ranger Trini Kwan.

David Yost said in a statement, “It was great to work with Walter Jones again. We went through the audition process together and launched the Power Rangers franchise 30 years ago. I am so grateful to the fans of Power Rangers for their undying commitment to the original cast.” Walter E Jones shared, “It was such a surreal experience to be on the set of Power Rangers again after 28 years!! I was so at home. Can’t wait for the fans to see what they have waited so long for. The ZackMan is back and ready to rock!! Working with David Yost as a Ranger again was amazing! Our Ranger family runs deep!!”

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always will debut April 19th on Netflix, so mark your calendars and get ready to relive the nostalgia of the 90s with the original cast of the beloved show.
