Lisa Whelchel Performs "The Facts of Life" Theme Song During ABC's "Live In Front of a Studio Audience"

ABC aired “In Front of a Live Studio Audience” special on Tuesday where viewers are treated to reenactments of an episode from a classic television series featuring modern-day celebrities. This year the ABC special saw “The Facts of Life” and “Diff’rent Strokes” get the live treatment.

To perform the theme song for “The Facts of Life”, original cast member Lisa Whelchel was a surprise to viewers. Dressed in the iconic school uniform and all. Near the end of the song Lisa Whelchel was joined by her fellow original cast members Mindy Cohn and Kim fields. They chatted with host Jimmy Kimmel afterwards which you can watch below.

For the reenactment, Jennifer Aniston took on the role of Blair for the facts of life episode. With Gabrielle Union as Tootie, Kathryn Hahn as Jo, Allison Tolman as Natalie.
