Walt Disney Company Reveals Plan For Better Inclusion At Parks

Disney has shared a new video detailing the company’s efforts to create a more inclusive environment at its theme parks. Including gender-fluid costumes and allowing cast members to display any tattoos they might have. People with disabilities will also notice various changes as well with better adapted experiences.

“We want our guests to see their own backgrounds and traditions reflected in the stories, experiences and products they encounter in their interactions with Disney. And we want our cast members – and future cast members – to feel a sense of belonging at work.”
