Comedian Kate McKinnon broke character during last night’s broadcast of NBC’s Saturday Night Live. Unable to keep it together during the popular “Weekend Update” sketch, McKinnon looked into the camera and basically summed up what so many of us have been feeling this year.

With the ongoing pandemic, an election that continues to divide the nation, civil unrest, and more. Kate McKinnon reminds us that during these difficult times that it’s okay to not be okay. This is timely, with World Mental Health Day being on Saturday, Oct 10 as well.
