WATCH: Jenna Ortega Brings Awareness To Youth Homelessness: Visits Hometown Shelter

Jenna Ortega is bringing awareness to youth homelessness in a new video that features the for Disney Channel and current Netflix “YOU” star visiting her hometown shelter. It’s all part of a denim drive known as Teens For Jeans, and in partnership with DoSomething.org Jenna is encourage others to support the cause.

During her visit to SafeHosue of the Desert, a shelter serving the Coachella Valley of California, Jenna had the opportunity to sit down with two amazing young women to learn more about their experiences with homelessness and the negative social stigmas they face in their everyday lives. Tag along for the candid and compassionate sit-down to learn more about Teens for Jeans, and text TEENS to 38383 to find out how you can run a drive to collect gently used jeans for young people experiencing homelessness.
