In his 90s Hollywood legend, Dick Van Dyke shows no signs of slowing down. The star of such films as Mary Poppins, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and of course his iconic television series joined viral singing star Rosevelt Sings for a duet and it is simply magical.
Rosevelt Sings is using her music to give children silenced by abuse a voice. She will be raising awareness and one million dollars to benefit recovering youth through her new album Rosevelt Sings, featuring the duet with Dick Van Dyke who chose the song Rosie from the 1963 musical film Bye Bye Birdie which Van Dyke starred in.

Formed in 2000, after a chance meeting at a coffee shop, the group has performed at a number of benefit and charity events, and has released a children’s album, ‘Put On A Happy Face’ produced by BAMP productions.

We already know that Emily Blunt and Lin-Manuel Miranda are set to star in the Rob Marshall-directed musical movie, but now I’m hearing…plans are also underway for Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke to appear in the film.

Details about their appearance are unknown. A rep for Andrews says there have been “no discussions” about the Hollywood legends popping up in the film.
