Taylor Swift is back and she means business. On August 29th she released Look what you made me do (the first taste of new music in 4 years) LWYMMD surpassed multiple records including the most viewed video in 24 hours on Vevo which was previously held by Adel’s ‘Hello’.
Now just 5 days later Swift released ‘Ready for it’ and yes you guessed it, the song is already making waves. Within its first few hours of release, it has already been downloaded over 43,000 times and the numbers are still climbing.
LWYMMD was holding on strong to the number 1 spot on iTunes but today it fell to #2, taking its place? Ready for it, of course.
It’s safe to say that Taylor Swift is taking her rightful place at the top of the charts and we swifties are LIVING FOR IT
