Watch The Opening Title Sequence For Disney Channel’s New Series “Andi Mack”

Andi Mack, the highly anticipated coming-of-age dramedy by Lizzie McGuire creator Terri Minsky, will be available on-demand, beginning Friday, March 10 on the Disney Channel app. The series then makes its television premiere Friday, April 7 at 8:30 p.m. ET on Disney Channel.

Sabrina Carpenter performs the Andi Mack theme song, “Tomorrow Starts Today,” I’m very proud to contribute even a small part to a show that has such a valuable message and what feels to me to be something really new,” Carpenter told ET. “The message of ‘taking whatever comes your way with a positive attitude, and sticking by the ones you love’ is something I really connect with.”

Newcomer Peyton Elizabeth Lee stars as Andi Mack, a girl whose life goes from routine to roller coaster overnight. In the serialized story, Andi is contemplative and artistic and sheltered by overprotective parents. But on the eve of her 13th birthday, Andi’s free-spirited older sister, Bex, returns home with a revelation that changes everything, and sends Andi on an uncharted course of self-discovery.

“I’m so incredibly excited to be playing the title role in this authentic coming-of age-story by acclaimed creator Terri Minsky,” Lee tells ET. “It’s been a lifelong dream come true to work with such an incredibly talented cast and crew on this Disney Channel series, and I am sure audiences will fall in love with Andi as I have.”

In addition to the series’ March 10 premiere on the Disney Channel app, the Andi Mack premiere will also be available to view on Video-on-Demand, Disney.com, Disney Channel YouTube, iTunes, Amazon and Google Play.
