ABC Family announced at New York Comic Con two release dates for their highly anticipated saga series “Shadowhunters.” The series will premiere on Tuesday, January 12th, 2016, at 9:00 – 10:00 p.m., ET/PT. It was also announced that in anticipation of the January 12th premiere, ABC Family will be airing “Beyond the Shadows: The Making of Shadowhunters” Sunday, December 6th at 9:30 p.m., ET/PT. A reminder that the network will be re-branded Freeform in January 2016.
